Blue Butterfly Hospice has a mission to deliver hospice care to patients with a limited life expectancy. We also extend our services to family members by offering emotional support during this most difficult time. We consider our patients to be the top priority as we ensure that their comfort and pain management requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
Our staff is well-trained and experienced in administering palliative care. This type of care brings relief from pain and reduces suffering for the patient who has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. It is concentrated on the quality of life for the patient’s remaining days rather than on aggressive curative treatment – which may no longer be effective at this point.
While the forthcoming loss of life is inevitable, our staff will instead turn towards the celebration of the patient’s life – to honor it and give it dignity.
